


This example of what was in my batch file I wrote to query the card might work for you with some adjustment. They also then will output to their own respective windows. Nvmsi is a progam folder included with the drivers, that has some tools when used on the command line, can measure power draw of the card. This was more important to me prior to having other tools to measure my PCIe power draw really I had no idea what the card and other things were doing since few video card utilities actually tell you what the card is doing as far as power draw. Hmmm I have been looking for but can't find in my collection, some direct command line based tools from nvidia to directly measure and log to a file the wattage pulled. Now I can OC it to like 2100mhz core and 12000mhz vram based on what 3dmark says at least, never minding what the msi afterburner reports directly. However, I couldn't actually set the power (or bypass some of the limitations) to be used to their fullest, without creating a custom profile for my 1080ti. The 1080ti in question is an EVGA model I ended up flashing an asus strix bios into it to overcome the wattage limitations. It'd only peak at rated speeds-not actually stay there. I have a 1080ti I cross-flashed a higher end bios into, which unlocked what was previously an artifical restriction to prevent the card from burning out. Try installing msi afterburner, and adjusting the core voltage percentage if it lets you. Try another benchmark, like Furmark or Sysmark or the msi kombustor (I think they paired it with afterburner, maybe they still do).
